Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I made this in a glass measuring cup in the microwave and it came out perfect. I microwaved it for about 30 seconds and then stirred in the vanilla. It only needed about 30-45 more seconds in the microwave after that. This was super quick and easy to put on the top of my Chocolate Eclair Cake. Hardens with a nice shiny coat. YUMMY! Thanks.

The Best Banana Bread
I have made this bread twice now and it is awesome. My husband and daughter gobbles it up before I even get it cut. The second time I split my batter into 3 small loves. I did nuts in one loaf, dark chocolate chips in the other loaf and raisins in the third loaf. Baked all for about 45 mins. YUM YUM!

Homemade Refrigerator Pickles
These were ok if you like sweet pickles. I tripled the liquid and only did 2 cups of sugar... it was still way toooo sweet. Next time I think I will cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup even with the other liquid still tripled. I used regular cucumbers and did some spears and some chips. Some I took the skins off and some I left on. I think I like the skins on because they seemed a little crunchier. I think I will add some fresh dill weed and a pepper next time for a little change.
