Baby Back Ribs
I made this exactly as stated and it was awesome! I was hesitant at first to make ribs because it isn't something you can eat too well with braces. The meat fell off the bone so I had NO problems and the whole family at it up, even my 8 year old. Thanks.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II
I made this today and it was my first time making coffee cake. It was simple and tasted really good. I didn't have the size pans stated here but I had an angel food cake pan. Kinda like a bundt pan but the sides are straight and the center comes out. I lined some foil to go under the center piece so none of the mix would ooze out. Not that it would because it was thick. After I cooked it, I just pulled the center piece out and cut the slices I wanted. Easy. I did like some others and used 2 boxes of the vanilla pudding mix and used coffee instead of water. I just used about 1/4 cup of walnuts because I have braces, LOL. I cooked it for the first 20mins at 350 and then ended up cooking it for 45mins at 325. After that I let it sit in the pan for 10mins before pulling it out. Yummy! Thanks Janis Woods.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze
I made this in a glass measuring cup in the microwave and it came out perfect. I microwaved it for about 30 seconds and then stirred in the vanilla. It only needed about 30-45 more seconds in the microwave after that. This was super quick and easy to put on the top of my Chocolate Eclair Cake. Hardens with a nice shiny coat. YUMMY! Thanks.
