Savory Italian Sausage Sauce

Baked Garlic Green Beans
I loved this recipe. I used balsamic vinegar - will try cider vinegar next time, just didn't have any. I made it today for my Mother's Day get together and everyone loved them. They liked that it was different than "green bean casserole." I used frozen green beans - turned out great!

Beef or Chicken Marinade
I didn't have soy sauce so I used a touch of teriyaki sauce. I only had time to marinade for 3 hours -- it was great, but would have been even better if I marinaded it over night! Served with veggies on the side and slaw.
