Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

nom nom nom...this was very, very good and very, very easy to prepare. I added a small chopped onion, but other then that, followed the recipe exactly as it was written. Similar to "cheesy potato casserole", but the cream of potato soup instead of the cream of chicken soup actually bumps this casserole up a few notches! Delish, will make this one again and again and again...

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is delicious! I only added a teaspoon of double-strength vanilla to the batter, but other then that, follwed the recipe exactly. This bread is super-moist, and was perfect paired with my morning coffee! Will be making this several times this autumn.

I only made the sauce, preparing it exactly as written, and served it over spaghetti...it was incredible!!! Next time I'll prepare the entire recipe.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Doubled the recipe, filled 10 tortilla's, followed the recipe exactly, and these were great! O.K., so I might have added a bit extra cheese on the top, but other then that small change, this recipe rocks as-is! Will make again, in fact, already did!

Honeyed Ham Glaze

This was perfect as-is. All four kids ate it up, and the girls raved about it while eating it! Smells good, too. I used it on ham steaks from Costco, broiled them 10 min per side :) Will make again. Oh, and for my ham steak, I cut the recipe down to 1/4 batch, and it made enough for two ham steaks ;)

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Smothered Beef Short Ribs

I used cranberry juice instead of the red wine, and since I didn't have fresh parsley, I added 2 tablespoons dried parsley 30 minutes before serving. Other then that, I followed the recipe exactly and it came out superb! It was a wonderful meal to prepare on a chilly autumn evening, and it smelled sooooo good while it simmered away! My husband raved on and on about it, and I completely agreed and took my bows! Certainly will be putting this recipe into rotation! Thanks for the recipe!

Greek Chicken

With the first bite, I instantly knew that I spent WAY too much time preparing a mediocre recipe. Cutting and chopping the three tablespoons of fresh herbs took an aweful lot of time for the end results. I won't be making this again.

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

Phenomenal!!!! Served it on pepperidge farms pumper dark and jewish rye, party loaves. My husband wouldn't quit picking at it as it warmed in the crockpot, and so many people at my son's birthday party told me how delicious it was, trying to guess the ingredients. I would give this recipe 10 stars if I could.

Guacamole

I don't care for guacamole, but my DH requested it last time I made Mexican, so I tried this and got rave reviews from DH, cousin and her husband. I tasted it, and it just tasted like guacamole to me, but I will definately make this again for the fam :)
