Spinach Cheese Tortellini
LOVED IT! I've made this recipes 4 times in 2 months and my kids and meat loving husband devour it! Our extremely picky eating 5 yr old gave us a fight until he tasted it..he then had 2nd's! I usually double the recipe to have left overs for lunch for the week! Is even better the next day!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
awesomely divine recipe! I wanted something different to do with my boneless loin chops and found this...We LOVE smoked gouda and bacon, so what a perfect combo! I agree with another and not use the salt to season as the bacon and gouda give enough salty flavor!

Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry
I followed the recipe as written and it was okay for me, but my kids and husband didn't like it at all. It was much to spicey for my younger kids...may try again following recommendations listed.
