Beer Batter Fish Made Great
Absafreaking amazing! My whole family loved this batter! I used a bottle of Guiness since that is what I have on hand. Made the recipe as directed no changes!

Baked Flan
The directions left out to many important details like the water bath to get 5 stars but we loved the flan and like most of the other reviewers I added extra eggs.

Macaroni Tuna Casserole
I made this per the directions (finaly able to get rid of the can of cream of celery that I accidently picked up) and the kids LOVED it!!
