Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

These were pretty good and easy to make. I needed something to make to use up the rest of my pumpkin and I cut this recipe down and it worked out fine.

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread

This was good but I think next time I will use cresent rolls/dough to make it flaky as I felt the pizza dough I use was flat. Other than that, it was pretty good.

I'd say this about 4 1/2 stars because it is quick and easy, has a good taste as is, and can be easily changed with different spices and such. I love fish and am trying to get away from always going out for seafood dishes and getting away from fried foods. Thanks.

Chicken Marsala

Gyros Burgers

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce

I liked it enough but hubby didn't care for it so it gets 4 stars. I don't think he is too keen on rosemary but maybe made with another herb would be good for him.

Spicy Chili French Fries

I liked the way these tasted but have to work on getting the crisp just right. I think the temp needs to be higher so I'll try that but the taste is good.

Marinated Chicken Wings

I liked the flavor and the way they fell off the bone. I had mine in the oven a little longer as I was waiting for company so it made them crispier by default but I think I would put them under the broiler otherwise as we prefer them crispier.

Cajun Chicken Sandwiches

I did like the taste of the chicken. I had it in a sandwich with pepper jack cheese and that almost took away from the flavor. I think next time I will try these in a wrap with either chedder or montery jack cheese. I also need to find a "spread" for them that will not take away from the chicken. I will try again and experiement with different things - thanks for the recipe.

Grilled Roasted Red Pepper and Ham Sandwich

This was a nice simple sandwich that hubby kept saying how much he really liked it. I used a scalia bread which worked well. I melted the butted and spread it on with a brush and then sprinkled the parm cheeese on. The next time I would like to try a different spread than just mayo, maybe with some herbs mixed in. Thanks

Classic Spanish Sangria

I made this for my daughter's wedding yesterday and it was a big hit. I actually forgot to add the OJ at the end and only added the wine and it was still great. I used spiced rum and blackberry merlot as others suggested. YUM!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

This recipe ended up being too hot for me and hubby. However, I won't rank it so low just becasue we can't handle the heat. The method and idea is really good but I'll have to play around with it to tone it down a little.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Antipasto Squares

This was great for our holiday party. I did follow advice to pre-bake the bottom and I dried the ham and red peppers as well as I could. I added black olives to half of it and I also subbed mozz for swiss as I do not care for it. I served it in small pieces with warm marinara sauce and it was a hit. Thanks

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Really good. My husband is skeptical about "burgers" that do not use hamburger but I got him to try this and he thought it was good. I used ground turkey (not breasts) since I was afraid they might be too dry and they came out more moist than I thoguht they would.
