Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread
This was good but I think next time I will use cresent rolls/dough to make it flaky as I felt the pizza dough I use was flat. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Baked Haddock
I'd say this about 4 1/2 stars because it is quick and easy, has a good taste as is, and can be easily changed with different spices and such. I love fish and am trying to get away from always going out for seafood dishes and getting away from fried foods. Thanks.

Chicken Marsala
This was fairly quick and pretty good. I've used a slightly different version before that is a little bit better.
