We made this in our trailer while we were camping. The smell was incredible. We thought we would have leftovers, but everyone wanted a taste and well none was left.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This was awesome, just like Hawaii. I ordered my salt from Amazon. Leftovers- we threw the meat on chips, added cheese, mango/pineapple salsa and sour cream, tasted like the nachos we had in Kauai.

Tiramisu Cheesecake

Everyone seemed to like it, I was not as impressed. It tasted good, but tasted nothing like tiramisu. Next Time I'm going to soak the ladyfinger crumbs with strong coffee and add a lot more Kauluha into the filling, loved how smooth the cheesecake was.

Cheese Ball I

Yummy! Shaped it into a snowman during the holidays (didn't roll in nuts) made a hat out cucumber used other vegies for nose, eyes, smile and buttons. Very good flavor. Made 3 times over the holidays!
