Butter Icing for Cookies

So easy and tastes great. Sets up very well. I beat it too much, not knowing that it would set up and had to add more cream.

Luscious Chicken Casserole

Really easy, quick and tasted great. You can tweak this so many ways too. I made it as directed and served it with broccoli. The next day I mixed them together, tasty! Would add broccoli at the beginning next time. Mushrooms or black olives would be good too.

Hearty Mince

I tried all the suggestions to boost the flavor of this dish, but it just didn't work for me. I even added tomato sauce instead of tomato juice. Way too bland for us.
