I just made this recipe in my pressure cooker, and it was fantastic! I used chicken broth instead of apple juice and cooked the meat on a rack to keep it out of the liquid. I browned the meat (with the seasoning salt) first, cooked for 20 minutes, coated with the apple butter mix, and cooked for another 25 minutes. It was delicious! I just had the few leftovers on a bed of lettuce for lunch. Yummy!
