Mary Wynne's Crabapple Jelly
I printed up this recipe for my husband, who had a large amount of crab apples that he wanted to make into jelly. Using this recipe - he had more problems, and it did not jell. Had to remake - boil -etc - pectin and most time consuming and frustrating.

Beet Salad
Have never had so much praise for a salad as I have from this one. Looks beautiful on the place too! I omitted the endive and it worked out perfect.

Easy Cranberry Chicken
Excellent - prepared in morning, and baked, so it was ready for dinner - one hour. Served with rice and peas and very tasty - I cut chicken breasts into 3 large strips for each half of the boneless chicken breast.
