These are always a hit. I'm on Weight Watchers, so I use turkey meatballs, add a little garlic and some finely chopped onion....never have even 1 left before dinner. Maybe I should serve these as dinner ;-).

Easy Breaded Shrimp

Finally.....a breading that actually sticks to the shrimp! Very good, very easy. I thought it might be a bit bland, so I added garlic powder, garlic salt and paprika. The paprika made them fry up golden brown. YUMMY!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

The only thing that could make this recipe better would be to lessen the calories. I tried using Jello Sugar Free Pudding and Sugar Free Cool Whip. Because of the frosting, it didn't taste any different and my family didn't even notice. :-)

Beefy Vegetable Soup

The soup was excellent, but next time I will leave out the pasta....gets too mushy. I'll prepare my pasta and then everyone can add however much pasta they want to their individual bowls.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

This is an quick, yet delicious soup. My husband loved it! I used portebello mushrooms mixed with button mushrooms and it gave it a great flavor. I also added a little garlic (I put garlic in just about everything). This one's going in my recipe box.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

I will use less cheese next time. It was very, very good but way too salty for me. I'm sure with less cheese it will be fine.

Pat's Cream of Potato Soup

This was just about THE best potato soup I've ever had! My husband raved about it. The only thing I added was a couple of stalks of finely chopped celery and 1 tsp of chopped garlic (I put it in just about everything, though). This one is definitely a keeper!!!!

Husband's Delight

This recipe could be a whole lot better. It needed some "kick". Shame on me for not reading the reviews before making it last time. This time I put 1 pkg of taco mix to the meat mixture before simmering it. I also added about 1 cup of shredded cheddar and some onion to the meat mixture. It seemed to help considerably.

Beef Potato House Pie Casserole

Great recipe, Pat!.....Quick and Easy. I did add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic to the meat while browning. I also added 2 eggs to the meat and the potato mixtures...it seemed to make it hold together a little better. This recipe is supposed to serve 8, but my husband ate 1/2 of it himself!

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

I had to substitute "Good Seasons Garlic/Herb dressing mix" for the green onion dip mix that the recipe called for. It was not available anywhere in my area. The recipe is still excellent, even with the change.
