Blueberry Crisp II
Not sure if I did something wrong, so I gave this recipe ***, when I really want to give it one. Really bad. I followed the recipe 100%, but my topping was never coarse crumbs, it was more of a pasty batter that I just had to blob on top of the blueberries. It was so thick I could not spread it. Topping never browned, even after 40 minutes in the oven. I couldn't even salvage my freshly picked blueberries, the topping just melded into the berries. Like I said, I followed the recipe exactly, don't know if it was that I used low fat mayonnaise, but others said they did also and it turned out fine. I would not make this again, total waste of wonderful blueberries.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
WOW, really, really good. Not overly sweet. Cream cheese flavor really comes through. I used it on a 2 layer carrot cake and it was the perfect amount of frosting, well, if you consider the 4 tablespoons I ate while frosting the cake. Had to test it prior to serving, lol. Thanks for the great recipe.

Cinnamon Honey Butter
OH SO GOOD!!!! I took other's suggestions and cut back on the powdered sugar and honey. Tastes like Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter. Can't wait to serve it with the Honey Bunny bread I purchased at Great Harvest Bread Co tomorrow. Thanks for the great recipe.
