Coconut Orange Cupcakes
This is incredibly good. I lowered the oil to 1/3 cup and added 1/3 cup of the juice from the mandarin oranges. Then I used a whisk to combine the ingredients, including the oranges. That broke them up a bit but not totally and I think that helps bring out the orange flavor. It is unbelievably moist and the flavor combo is outstanding. Super easy too.

Crazy Cake
This is unbelievably good. And I love, love, love the way you mix it in the pan. No dishes to wash! I have only tried it with the coffee instead of water. Also, I used peanut butter icing (YUM) and irish cream icing (double YUM).

Quick and Easy Brownies
Great recipe. Easy, very good. I put a little more cocoa than called for...just because I wanted to finish the container.
