Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie
I love making cookies & my husband loves to eat them. This happens to be the fluffies and best tasting chocolate chip cookie we have had. Everyone loves them. I dont' like coffee flavors therefore I don't use the espresso powder. I have also varied it with white chocolate chips or milk.

Aunt T's D.W.I. Rum Cake
This happens to the be favorite Rum Cake for all whom have had it. I have made it with Captain Morgan & a differnt time coconut rum! Great both times!

Asian Lettuce Wraps
This Recipe is great! I have had somehting similar at a restaurant and we loved them! I skipped the meat & used a good amount of tofu.
