Mimi's Zucchini Pie
this is so delicious. made it with fresh zucchini from my garden, used Bisquik as the "all purpose baking mix". very good!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs
this was not to my liking. I don't understand the high rating. I did marinate them overnight and maybe that's where it went wrong.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
it was very good don't get me wrong, but maybe its a bit over hyped as I was expecting it to be restaurant quality.
