I seasoned the pork chops with adobo, black pepper and goya sazon before I browned it. I also added salt and black pepper to the potatoes. I didn't do the gravy at all. It wasn't needed. Turned out great. Pork was tender and it tasted great! My 3 year old loved it and asked if I can cook it every day,
