Szechwan Shrimp
I was very disappointed after reading the reviews. Just didn't care for the taste of the sauce - too sweet from the ketchup I think. But it was too simple to screw up; it just didn't suit my taste, which is just a personal thing!

Cranberry Walnut Bread
The bread had a nice flavor, but I found it to be dry. Next time I think I'll try adding some sour cream or applesauce.
