I'm a stay at home mom of 3 young kids (5,3,1). I don't love cooking but it's something that goes with the territory! Quick and Easy meals with easy ingredients. Baking...my mom has taught me so much about cheesecakes, baklawa, cookies, etc. She tries to teach me Chaldean (Arabic) cuisine but it's frustrating because she doesn't measure! Pumpkin Cheescake, Homemade character cakes (Dora and Bob the Builder). too many to list!
