Gypsy Soup
This soup was exceptionally good. I made it for 3 guests and they all went back for more until it was nearly gone. --one was a college student. He actually asked me if he could take home the leftovers! One guest told me it was the best soup she'd had in her entire life. I followed the directions very closely. Only change was adding 4 C of Chicken Broth instead of 3, substituted navy beans for garbonzo beans...and I shredded a rotisserie chicken and added the meat to it. I will make this soup for yrs to come.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I made this last night for some young adults (early 20's) and they totally loved it! I served with homemade rolls and I sent them home with all the leftovers. It was so good, we'll definitely make this monthly during the winter months. I did substitute the heavy cream for fat free half n half, just to reduce fat and calories. It wasn't missed!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
I've been making these rolls for 6 years now. Family, friends, and neighbors swear my rolls are THE best! They all beg for my leftovers. The greatest thing is their ability to be used in sweet roll recipes. I divide the dough in half and make 1/2 of them into dinner rolls and the other half into orange or cinnamon rolls.
