Brown Sugar Meatloaf
My family LOVED this recipe. I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was great. I allowed the meatloaf to set for 20 minutes after cooking and then inverted it on a plate, kind of like a pineapple upside down cake. The sauce was very good and it made a nice presentation (as far as presentations can go for meatloaf!)
Thanks for sharing this recipe! It will be a staple in my collection from now on.
