Kona Chicken
A simple recipe to make for fussy company. Made this for our in-laws who eat very bland, and they loved it. We also enjoyed it but it's not something I'd make every day. The dark meat was cooked to perfection but the white meat was a little dry.

Mediterranean Chicken with Pepperoncini and Kalamatas
Great recipe and so much flavor!!! Next time I will peal the skin off the chicken because it was a little fatty.

Orange Chicken Stir Fry
This is a great recipe that I will make again for sure. I did add lots of extra orange zest which I think made a big difference. In the future I will probably add more ingredients to it. I think it will try adding mushrooms, cilantro, and green onions next time. It tasted good but I felt like it could be improved upon with more ingredients.
