I absolutely hate baking or anything to do with it-but had to make gingerbread house for daughter-This icing was SO easy and foolproof!

Everyone I served this to told me it was "gourmet"!! I followed recipe ingredients exactly but just added more zucchini, more onion. I was not sure what type of sausage to buy, so I just got ground sausage in a tube. It worked great. This is a fabulous soup!!

Buttermilk Pie III

Used 2% buttermilk and cinnamon instead of nutmeg, but it was delicious. I did have to cook slightly longer, but that could have been my oven.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Honey Bun Cake I

I am not a good baker and I even messed up the recipe by adding all ingredients at once (and not layering them) and it still came out fantastic. It is a very sweet cake, but delicious!
