Charlotte's Tortellini Soup
Everyone I served this to told me it was "gourmet"!! I followed recipe ingredients exactly but just added more zucchini, more onion. I was not sure what type of sausage to buy, so I just got ground sausage in a tube. It worked great. This is a fabulous soup!!

Owen's BBQ Chicken
Used chicken breast with skin on and bone in and they came out great.

Eggs n Bacon Cupcake
Husband and guests loved this..I though it was a little bland..however, I used cheddar instead of Parmesan.
