Zucchini Apple Bread
This was just okay. A little too dense for me, and it dried out within a day. I will stick with the Cranberry Zucchini Bread on this site.

Cranberry Zucchini Bread
This is very good and moist. Made 1 large loaf and 2 mini's. Making more today to freeze -- all mini's. I think I will add a bit more zucchini only because I want to use up what I shredded yesterday.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Very good. Made this today for family. I used chicken thighs & legs. Cooked a little longer (15 mins.) because of the bone in the meat. Also used a little more melted butter (about 2 tbs.) and removed the foil for about 10 minutes in the middle of baking. Overall, very good and no leftovers!
