This was really good! I'm giving it 4 stars only because it was too salty. Two bouillon cubes would be more than enough and with 2 cubes it would be five stars.

The Best Lemon Bars

Ick. Way too much butter in the crust! Besides being way too buttery the crust was also very bland. The next day it was soggy. The custard/topping did not have nearly enough lemon flavor. I'm looking for another recipe.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

If I could give it more stars I would. Here's what I did: I doubled the cookie recipe but not the filling. I dropped TEASPOON fulls onto the cookie sheet, which seemed tiny at the time but turned out perfect. Then, with a fork, I mashed them down pretty flat. Next time I might try the bottom of a glass. Be sure to dip the fork into water every now and then to keep it from sticking to the cookie dough. I baked them for 7 minutes, until the edges were golden brown. When I removed them from the oven they were sort of puffy but as they cool they flatten back out again. Wait a minute or so to remove them from the cookie sheet or they will break apart. Let them cool on a wire rack before adding the filling. These made 6 dozen single cookies, and 3 dozen sandwich cookies. The kids scarfed them down! In my opinion they are even better than the Girl Scout peanut butter sandwich cookies!

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This was very good. I made one pan with bacon and another pan with sausage and they were both delicious. Next time I'll add green pepper and garlic to spice it up a bit. I thought it would be good with salsa too.

Summer Squash Puffs

These were fantastic! My zucchini hating son LOVED them! I did not boil the zucchini first, just used the food processor to grate them and the onion. Also, I fried them in an inch or so of oil and they were perfect. This one is a keeper.

very good recipe. I used a whole loaf of Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon bread plus a few slices of oatmeal bread. It turned out great! I will definitely make it again.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

If I could give it more stars I would. Skipped the anchovy paste and decreased the honey. I loved it and my husband thought it was the "best pizza sauce he's ever had" which says a lot. We'll NEVER use store bought again. Ever.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

perfect! this was better than a restaurant! I didn't use chili paste because I didn't have it and it was perfect. Definitely worth the work and time. My picky children loved it, too! We'll have to double the recipe next time.

I Love My Pear Salad

delicious but I didn't blend the pears and cream cheese until smooth and it came out lumpy. Lumps of cream cheese is kind of gross. I'm giving this five stars because it was my fault for the lumps and aside from the lumps the taste was very good. I'm not sure what the trick is to make it smoother. Any suggestions?

Cinnamon-Apple Chex® Mix

yummy! This recipe is perfect as it is, but next time I will make some changes merely due to personal preference. I think I will try pecans instead of almonds and add pretzels for saltiness. I'll probably add M n M's or chocolate covered peanuts instead of the raisins. I think I'll also mix it up with different chex cereals, like rice, or honey nut flavored.... This is very addictive!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

I made two batches and cooked one in the crock pot and the other in the oven. The crock pot noodles were way too mushy and pasty. I added extra water as some suggested and cooked on low for less time but it turned out wrong and I blame the crock pot method. The oven cooked recipe worked fine and the noodles had their "normal" consistency.
