yummy! If I could give it more stars I would! I've made this so many times now and would like to share that I no longer marinate it, or cook it according to the recipe and it turns out perfect every time. I just put the spices together, rub it all over one large chicken and bake it at 350 for a few hours until done. It is moist and perfect every single time. The juices make a VERY delicious spicy gravy, too.
