The dumplings were still very raw at 30 minutes. I made this on the stovetop instead and brought the broth to a gentle boil to cook the dumplings better.

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto

This is wonderful! I added way too much garlic and still loved it. I froze it in ice cube trays then popped the frozen cubes into a freezer bag. One cube is enough for most recipes.

Sausage Casserole

The kids liked this. Don't know if the fresh potatoes were so wonderful. Mine were grey colored in the finished casserole and mushy. Would probably use frozen hashbrowns if I made again.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

I used fresh tomatoes and roasted them with onions and garlic before pureeing and putting them in instead of the canned tomatoes. ITs very delicious! I also added a bit of sugar.
