Curried Coconut Chicken
Kids: 9 and 11 loved this! Personally, I'd prefer more curry taste. Will add 3Tbsp curry paste next time. I used unsweetened coconut milk the 3tbsp sugar called for and it was perfect for us.

Meatball Nirvana
Kids liked these. I made a bunch and froze them. I was happy they stayed together even after freezing and thawing.
