Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa
This was excellent and a real hit when I served it to friends and family at our last gathering. I made a slight add in, which was to only use half of the Italian style diced tomatoes, and add half a can of fire roasted tomatoes. The char from the roasted tomatoes gave it a little something extra. Everyone gobbled it up, so I will be sure to make this again!

Green Chile and Rice Casserole
Thought this was great. It's a good way to spice up a plain rice dish. It was fast, easy and everyone loved it. Will definitely be making this again.

Garlic-Cheese Flat Bread
This was absolutely fantastic. The whole tray disappeared in seconds! It was an instant hit with everyone and they begged for more. However I did make it using my pizza dough recipe rather than the store purchased dough. But I'm sure it's just as good using the pre-prepared dough. The other thing that makes this great is that it goes with anything, but can also stand alone as a tasty appetizer. It was also sooooo easy to make. Thanks Tom!
