Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

My family LOVES this recipe! I sprinkle "steak seasoning" on top, to give a little boost in flavors. Otherwise, the recipe is very yummy. It is easily made several hours in advance.

Great Recipe! Just a hint: I have discovered that this recipe turns out better on low humidity days, rather on days with a higher humidity and/or rain.

Creamy Jalapeno

Very Yummy! I think next time I will use one fresh whole jalapeno, rather than two. Otherwise, I will make it again (and again!) Thanks.

Ali's Green Sauce

Very yummy! I used a bit more cilantro and garlic. I used "light" sour cream and only 1/2 cup per the other reviews. I have had this dip at the popular Texas restuarant chain and it's almost identical in flavor and texture.

Salsa Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2004
Loved this recipe. I did take one reviewer's advice and added some fresh chopped jalapeno to the cilantro dressing. I also substituted purple onion and yellow bell pepper to make the dish more colorful! Also used regular penne pasta, rather than the rainbow pasta - it is all that I had on hand. Great mixture of flavors!

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
This is a yummy recipe. I browned the chicken breasts in the skillet with a little oil, then placed in the oven to cook entirely. I then added sliced freshed mushrooms and sauteed. Finally, I added a chopped roma tomato and capers to the skillet with additional lemon juice. Once the chicken was cooked, I added the chicken and the pasta and tossed. I have tried this recipe with and without the heavy cream. It is good both ways!

Cinnamon Popcorn II

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2003
This recipe is awesome! It tastes just the popcorn you can find at a gourmet shop! The only thing I will do differently next time, is dry the popcorn in the oven for about 30 minutes on 200 degrees. It is still a little chewy to me.

Pasta Poblano

This recipe was awful. The sauce was bitter from the poblano pepper. We tossed the entire meal.

Seafood Piccata

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2002
This recipe was good. However, rather than cooking the seafood for 5 minutes prior to adding the sauce mixture, next time I will add the seafood once the sauce mixture is added. The shrimp overcooked and were tough. I added fresh parmesan and served over angel hair. Very yummy!
