Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I have never been able to make good fudge, this recipe came out perfect. My advice is to take your time. Start cooking on low. Then when everything is melted and mixed, I turned the heat to med. It took awhile for it to get to boiling. It was a gentle boil and not a rolling boil. Also i used another reviewers advice and used ghirardelli chocolate. This does come out a milk chocolate fudge. I would recommend using more semi-sweet if you want it to be more bittersweet.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I doubled this recipe, added a minced clove of garlic and used a good sirloin cut. If you are a loyal stroganoff person you wont be overly impressed. My kids did like it, but my husband and I preferred the original. We still added sourcream because cream cheese did not give it the added tang we like. It was good for a crock pot recipe but if you are a loyal stroganoff person you wont be overly impressed.
