English Butter Tarts
This has been a fav. family recipe for years. Not a single year goes by without someone requesting it. The recipe is simple, and easy to follow. I add chopped pecans to mine, and boy what a hit. You have to try this recipe, it will knock your socks off.

Carrot Cake III
This was excellent! A keeper recipe for sure. I added applesauce for 1/2 the oil. I didn't add raisins, but it was stil great. Thanks for sharing.

White Chocolate-Cranberry Biscotti
these are awsome. I used margerine, and they turned out great. I used white chocolate chunks instead of chips, and boy are they rich. These sweet treats will be made often at my home...particularly around Christmas. YUM!
