Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
This was very yummy. I make my own jam & had a few jars I wanted finished. I used a combination of raspberry, cherry & strawberry. I doubled the recipy. It turned out great. Think I may add some chopped nuts next time.

Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese
This was a yummy recipe. I used 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp flour, and 2 cups warmed milk. I used 8oz of maccaroni pasta and 2 cups of jalapeno havarti. It was creamy. I didn't add the salt or pepper because of the type of cheese I used. Not a bite leftover. Served along with broiled tomatoes & tossed green salad.

Strawberry Jam
This jam is fab!!! I used berries that were firm and ripe, or just under ripe. I also added a 1/2 tsp unsalted butter to the mix, to reduce foaming. I stirred the mixture for 5 min before putting into jars. I love this jam & intend to make it for years to come!
