Cinnamon and Lime Chicken Fajitas
My husband and I, who LOVE Mexican food, thought this was really bland. Not offensive, but not worth the effort either.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This is a great recipe! However, I replaced the water with a can of lo-salt beef broth. Also, before serving, I boil about a cup of the juices with sliced pepperocinis to pour on top. Awesome!

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
These were really very good (a lot like P.F. Chang's), but WAY too much work for a dish that costs $8 at the restaurant.
