Plum Quick Bread
Very good and moist. Next time I will mix some flour in with the plums before I add it to the batter. Most of the plums ended up at the bottom of the bread. I also dusted the pans with cinnamon and sugar.

Fireman's Apple Pie
I have a recipe close to this except it has 2 eggs instead one. Also, it has 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. If you have trouble with the recipe above you may want to try my suggestions.

Fudge Chunkies
This is a good cookie. I left out the raisins (I don't like them with chocolate). Due to this you need to reduce the baking time to 10-11 minutes.This cookie tastes very brownie-like.
