Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Couldn't think of a better hash brown recipe. I took the easy way out and used frozen shredded hash browns (thawed for 4 hours) and they were perfect and much less hassle than doing the potatoes by hand. I followed the recipe exactly except I added some spices to the egg mix like ceyenne pepper, regular pepper and seasoned salt. In addition I didn't use quite the entire bag of hash browns, maybe slightly over 3/4 so they would be easier to flip in the skillet. I won't make hash browns any other way from now on!
