The Perfect Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip
Pretty good. I used this as a good guide and made a one-person dip in a ramekin.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
I used some sesame oil along with the olive oil and also threw in a spoonful of Hosin sauce. YUMMY!

Buffalo Chicken Fingers
Delish! I marinated the chicken strips in Franks. I also agree that there doesn't seem to be enough battering ingredients. I did about half the chicken and then had to re-up the flour and breadcrumbs. When I tried to flip the strips, the coating started to come off, so I decided to just skip that step.
