Coconut Cream Pie

This pie was way too hard to make...i did something drastically wrong, i guess, because it never did set. It was just goo.....

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies

Looked OK, tasted OK. Be careful not too overbake them or they will flatten. I cooked each batch for 6 - 7 minutes.
