I love to cook to impress people. I love how easy most things are, but they still get wonderful reception - strokes my ego. I know that sounds bad, but even my husband proclaiming something was wonderful makes me want to learn more about cooking, and cook more.
My favorite things to cook
Irish Cream Cheesecake - I make this all the time for any get together, now more because it comes by request. My other thing is a very simple seafood dip I bring to most gatherings - I could sit and eat a whole plate on my own!

The Thanksgiving Turkey this year - everyone said it was amazing and I was sooo scared I was going to goof it up - but I didn't!
My cooking tragedies
The Thanksgiving stuffing - hehe... added salt, wasn't supposed to, wasn't edible.
