Salmon Spread I
Having just got back from a cruise through the inside passage of Alaska, I had got "hooked" on salmon. I tried this recipe and it is WONDERFUL!! It is even better than what I had on the ship. Thank you for sharing.

Southern Fried Cabbage
I love cabbage and bacon, but this recipe is waaay too oily and needs more bacon. Will not make again.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
I loved this recipe! So easy and tasty. Something about the tortilla chips and the melty cheese makes this seem like you simmered it all day. Thank you for posting.
