This was so delicious and so easy to make! I made it the day before and it held up beautifully. I sprinkled it with a little cocoa powder for decoration. Chocolate shavings or would also be good, but neither would be necessary. I made it for a family birthday and everyone raved about it. Great job on the recipe!!

This was very tasty. I took some suggestions from other people and made a couple of changes. I cooked some mushrooms along with the pork chops (put them in towards the end.) I seasoned the chops with Nature's Seasoning Blend and cayenne pepper. I also used 4 oz. of blue cheese instead of 2. I served this over linguine . Thanks for the delicious recipe!
