Pretty good...got lots of compliments when I made this for my kids bday....the adults really loved it, definitely add the red leaf lettuce..the crunch makes it!!!

I have been making this salad for a while now as it is a perfect DIET food. Have a scoop with tuna for lunch, you'll feel full until dinner time. It's similiar to the middle eastern dish, tabouleh..but much easier to make. Even my husband pulls this out of the fridge and devours it...and it does store in the fridge for up to a week. Great recipe, I love it.

This is one of the best dips I have ever tasted, and My family agree!! This past holiday I made this and everyone went craaazy for it, you cannot go wrong. Everyone preferred this dip over the artichoke dip I had made...try it and you will see
