Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I followed the directions to the T and it turned out perfectly... you might want to add another can of cream of chicken, but other than that it was awesome and tasted like it was homemade. I made this for my friend who grew up with chicken and dumplings his mawmaw made... he coudln't tell the difference... the biscuits made a perfect dumpling. VERY NICE!

Hurricane's Chicken Casserole
I used fresh carrots but everything else was canned. The fresh carrots gave it a home cooked taste. I also used herb stuffing (pre-packaged). It complimented the already great recipe! Way to go on this one. Five stars *****

Crab Rangoon III
I used this recipe as a base for my crab rangoons. I thought there was a little too much crab and not enough cream cheese. I also added some green onions to off set the two. It turned out really well with those minor alterations. The added cream cheese (2 1/2 pkgs) made the inner mix a little creamier and not so crumbly. This was an excellent overall recipe..... it just needed a little tweeking for my taste. I hope this was helpful.
