I made about 3 gallons of this rub for a Pig Roast event. Not one bad comment from anybody... Really good stuff. Will absolutely use this one again!!!

Excellent recipe. Worth the extra effort. Made this for a picnic and everybody loved it. Some said it was a little too sweet but that didn't keep them from coming back for more. Made it just the way the recipe called for.

I've had this recipe marked for months but never got around to trying it until last night. I served this at a formal dinner party for 8 of my closest friends...all of them good cooks. As such, I was a little hesitant but this was probably the hit of the dinner. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Followed the recipes exactly as is and couldn't believe the wonderful flavor melding that occured. Will definitely be making this great summertime salad repeatedly. Thanks so much, Jerry.
