I am a Credit Manager by day, cook by night. My husband loves my cooking, so that makes it even more rewarding. Baking bread, pasta dishes, just about everything. All the goodies at Christmas. All the "signature" dishes everyone has. Bread, bagels, mastering something I thought I could never do. When I was a teenager I was cooking while my Mom was at work, and started to make gravy. I kept stirring and instead of thickening, it started to burn. My Dad noticed I had taken the "flour" out of the Sugar cannister!
