Roasted Italian Herb Chicken

This was so easy to make and so delicious. I used bone in chicken breasts but next time will use the boneless so I can eat the whole thing!!!!

The Best Chicken Soup Ever

I have never made homemade chicken soup. I've always enjoyed others. It was quite chilly today so I thought I'd give it a try. It was fabulous!!! I did add a bit of salt to it though and simmered it for about 4 hours. Didn't get a whole lot of meat off of the whole chicken but it was sufficient. Served the soup with a a salad and crescent rolls. The bow tie pasta was adorable. My husband thought it was a unique touch! We will definitely add this soup to our favorites list!

Cabbage Rolls III

Really Really Good! I had a hard time separating the cabbage leaves, so I just put the meat mixture over the cabbage, covered it with tomato sauce and diced tomatoes ..... and actually ...... I seasoned the meat with garlic pepper ........... it was awesome!

Beef Pot Pie III

THIS is REALLY good. I've made a turkey/chicken pot pie before ... never a beef one. My husband and I would DEFINITELY have this again. I added chopped onion - which really enhanced the flavor!

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

This was the most tasty pork roast we've had in a long time!!! The gravy was awesome over mashed potatoes! Would most definitely have it again. It was done in about 6 1/2 hours.

Baked Swiss Steak

Good ...... very tender ....... had it over mashed potatoes ..... my husband liked it a lot ..... usually doesn't like the 'round steak thing' ..... but he would definitely have it again!

Ribbon Meatloaf

Even though meatloaf is supposed to be simple to make ....... I never have luck with it. I made this last night and both my husband and I absolutely LOVED it. It will now be OUR meatloaf from now on. Thanks SO much!

Pork Chop Pileups

These were good, but I forgot to put the aluminum foil over the pan - VERY important -they took forever to get done and then when I finally DID remember --- the beans, etc. were pretty crusty. Live and learn.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I used garlic pepper instead of the regular salt and pepper. Also added chopped green pepper. I topped the loaf with additional ketchup. It was good, but my husband thought it was too sweet.

This is REALLY tasty. I made it in the slo-cooker. Tip: Reduce the liquid. I wound up straining the liquid out --- served this at a shower --- went over BIG! Thanks Nancy!

Cola Chops

One of my husband's favorites as well as mine!!! Sooooooooooooo flavorable. We love it! Shared it with a friend and now it is one of hers as well. I add a bit more brown sugar to give it that extra sweetness. Ms. Wine can cook for us anytime!!! Thank you Chiara!
