Fried Rice Restaurant Style
This is an excellent recipe and very intuitive. I only has sushi rice so I used that and I used frozen carrots and peas for the vegetables. I'll be making it again soon.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
This was great! I realized much too late that I didn't have any bbq sauce so I'm so glad this didn't take all day to make. It was very easy to do. I didn't have any tomato sauce so I substituted 1 small can tomato paste and 1 cup water. (I only make 1/2 recipe) I also didn't have cayenne pepper or celery seed but it still came out great! Thanks Alan!
