Broccoli Cheese Soup V
Excellent soup!! Only change I made was the cheese. I use 1 pound of Velveeta and 1/2 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, instead of all Velveeta.

Almond Chicken Stir-Fry
Excellent stir fry sauce. I doubled the sauce for the dish. I only had regular soy sauce, you definitely want to use reduced sodium. Mine was pretty salty. I think this would also make a good sauce for beef and broccoli.
