Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

This is a great turkey burger. The only thing I did differently was put the whole 2 eggs in and it was great. I didn't want to use the yolks for something else. This burger almost tasted like beef.

Custard Pie I

This recipe did not come out and was not to our liking. I followed the directions exactly as written. It tasted like a sweet hard boiled egg. I used 6 large eggs and I had extra filling. I used a store bought pie filling in tin 9 inch as directed. I don't know why I had all the extra filling? Also why wasn't there any vanilla? My husband said it was awful.

Wild Rice Shrimp Bake

This was a pretty easy and good recipe. I made a few adjustments. I added turkey andouille sausage, 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning and I substituted brown rice for the long grain and wild rice mix and it came out really good. The brown rice added a bit more nutrition. Very tasty.
