Easy Iced Coffee
If you're expecting this to taste exactly like Starbucks or anything you buy at a coffee shop, you will probably be disappointed. I'm sorry, but I just don't agree with most of the people saying it tastes just like the real thing. HOWEVER, that being said, I think it's a *really* good starter recipe to tweak to your liking so I give it four stars. Also, it's not like it has so many ingredients that you feel like you're wasting a lot of money if you decide you don't like it. It's also extremely easy to make...so you should at least give it a try if you like coffee. Also, when I get a "need" for coffee, I usually make this at home (with my tweaks) and this takes care of it so I must admit that it has saved me some money...and that's always a good thing. =) =)

Tofu Parmigiana
I wanted to like this, but just couldn't. I think this is one of those things that you just have to make quite a few times and perfect it - I would definitely read through some of the most helpful reviews before you make it because some of the reviews are very different from what the original recipe says. You can definitely tell it's tofu...and NOT eggplant or veal. I usually like tofu but I did not care for this. =(

Jamie's Minestrone
Very good! A good vegetarian friendly recipe...I made it while my bf's friends were here and they ate it ALL. =) Will definately make again...
