Chicken Marsala
great, one of the best chicken recipes on this site.
i also pound out the chicken breast to make it flatter, i double both the wines so there's more sauce and at the end i add a cornstarch slurry to thicken up the sauce. fabulous! easy, not alcohol-y tasting and super easy. serve over pasta.
