Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs
wow. the best. i marinated for 24 hours in a gallon zip lock bag and i skewered some w/just pineapple. my guests devoured these at a luau bday party.

Chicken Marsala
great, one of the best chicken recipes on this site. i also pound out the chicken breast to make it flatter, i double both the wines so there's more sauce and at the end i add a cornstarch slurry to thicken up the sauce. fabulous! easy, not alcohol-y tasting and super easy. serve over pasta.

Easy Cajun Jambalaya
i've never made jamabalaya before and this was super fast and ez. i made it exactly as directed and it was fab! i am going to make it again and add shrimp and tomatoes this time...maybe beans too. it's really tasty, but a bit pale in color. try it! everyone loved it in my house!
